Can you deactivate a user? Can you re-add a deactivated user?

Yes, only "Owners" may deactivate users on their group account. Note: This action is permanent and the email cannot be used to reactivate or recreate the user account.

Only users with the "Owner" user role may delete or deactivate  a user from a group account. Please note, this permanently deactivates the user and cannot be reactivated/recreated using the same email address. 

Steps to delete or deactivate a user:
  1. Navigate to the "User Management" tab.
  2. Locate the desired user you wish to deactivate.Delete a user 1
  3. Click the "X" underneath the "Actions" heading.
  4. Confirm the user deactivation within the new pop-up. Delete a user confirmation
