We're sorry to see you go, but in order to close your account with Foundry, you will need to take the following steps as a Group owner:
- If applicable, adjust your Approval Threshold to 1.
- Deactivate all users within your Group by navigating to the User Management page.
- Archive all active sub-accounts within your Group.
- Submit a ticket with support or reach out to your Relationship Manager to deactivate your user and Group.
Keep in mind:
- When deactivating users, your user will be the final active user in the group.
- Only sub-accounts without an outstanding balance may be archived.
