How do I reset my MFA?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security feature which requires users to confirm logins to the pool through a secondary method.

In the event a user needs to reset their MFA, they will need to contact their Foundry USA Pool Relationship Manager for assistance.

To reset MFA for non-owner accounts (accountant or technician), Foundry requires written consent from an account owner.

For an owner’s MFA reset request, Foundry requires written consent from another owner (if one exists) or their own written consent on a separate platform (telegram, email, etc.)
