Sub-account Role Management

With this feature, you may: customize user access permissions and implement controls based on your organization's needs across all sub-accounts. Add a user to an individual sub-account or modify existing user's access to subaccounts.

The subaccount role management feature is enabled on all Group Accounts and sub-accounts as of July 24th, 2023. Only group account owners may change user roles.

What the subaccount role management feature enables for Foundry USA Pool members:

  1. Gain the ability to manage users at the subaccount level (instead of group account level).

    1. A user who is part of a group account with 2 subaccounts could be provisioned to a single subaccount (rather than both).

  2. Manage and customize user roles at the subaccount level (instead of a group account level).

    1. A user can hold different user roles (accountant, technician, or subaccount owner) which differs by subaccount (instead of being the same across all subaccounts).

  3. Pool members can setup their sites as individual subaccounts and ensure the staff operating on-site only have access to information from that specific site.
