Most miner management software polls data from CGMiner. CGMiner calculates hashrate based on the clockspeed of the mining machine, which yields different numbers than the Foundry USA Pool.
Calculating hashrate based on shares will have more variance and does not include stale and rejected hashrate. If you want the numbers to reconcile between your miner management software and the Foundry USA Pool, you also need to calculate hashrate based on total accepted share difficulty.
